This bag contains three (3) ounces of freeze dried uncooked clams, which is the equivalent of 24 ounces (1-1/2 pounds) of freshly cleaned and chopped clams that are ready to grill, steam or add to your chowder if purchased at your local high-end seafood shop once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of these uncooked top quality clams will weigh approximately 8 ounces of freshly chopped clams when rehydrated.
