How to Use

Ready to eat straight from the bag for a crunchy snack.
To rehydrate: add water and let sit for a few minutes until softened (follow any label instructions). When rehydrated, one ounce of freeze dried apples yields approximately four ounces of fresh apples.

Shelf Life & Storage

Unopened pouches are designed for long shelf life when kept sealed and stored out of direct sunlight; typical shelf life is up to 10 years under ideal conditions. After opening, reseal the pouch and store in a cool, dry place—opened pouches will keep for months to a year depending on conditions; for longest life, keep oxygen absorbers or desiccants in the pouch and reseal promptly.

Includes a resealable easy-tear pouch and vacuum sealing for extended shelf life. Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry, rodent-free area away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bag or use a home vacuum sealer to extend freshness. Each ounce of freeze dried apples rehydrates to about four ounces of fresh apples.
