Use & Storage

To rehydrate, add water and let sit for a few minutes (see label instructions). Heat and serve, or enjoy directly from the pouch as a lightweight, nutritious snack. Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry, dark place. Once opened, reseal carefully and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant if provided; once opened, expect a reduced shelf life depending on sealing and storage conditions.

  • Unopened shelf life: 25+ years when stored in the original sealed pouch away from direct sunlight.
  • After opening: reseal the pouch tightly; without professional vacuum sealing, remaining contents are best used within about 3 months to 1 year depending on conditions.
