This is one bulk package of fully cooked, freeze dried cut leaf spinach prepared and packaged for long-term storage. The product comes in a resealable, easy-tear top bag that is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment to preserve freshness and prolong shelf life.

Net weight: 2.6 ounces (freeze dried). Rehydrates to roughly 12 ounces (approximately 6 ounces of fresh spinach per dried ounce).
Fully cooked and ready to rehydrate: simply add water for a few minutes, heat if desired, and serve.

Use & Storage

Keep unopened pouches in a cool, dry, dark place. After opening, reseal the bag tightly and store with the included oxygen absorber and desiccant if provided; once opened, remaining shelf life will be significantly reduced depending on exposure to air and humidity. For best results after opening, use remaining portions within a few months unless you reseal using a vacuum sealer to remove residual oxygen.

Rehydration
