Storage & Shelf Life

Unopened pouches: shelf life up to 10 years when stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
After opening: reseal the pouch using the built-in closure and keep any included oxygen absorber or moisture desiccant in the pouch. Use remaining portions within about 90 days for best quality; vacuum resealing after opening can further extend storage life.

Rehydration & Cooking

Rehydrate by adding water and allowing a few minutes for the product to absorb moisture, then cook to an internal safe temperature before eating.
