What to Expect

The freeze-drying process removes moisture while preserving flavor and nutrition.   • Fish filet patty: Pollock, water, vegetable oil (canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil), wheat flour, modified food starch, contains 2% or less of yellow corn flour, bleached wheat flour, salt, whey (milk), dextrose, dried yeast, sugar, cellulose gum, paprika and turmeric extract (color), natural flavors.
  • Bun: enriched flour (wheat), water, sugar, yeast, soybean oil, salt, wheat gluten, potato flour; may contain dough conditioners.
  • Tartar sauce: soybean oil, pickle relish, egg yolks, water, onions, distilled vinegar, sugar, spices, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate.
  • Cheese: pasteurized process American cheese (milk, cream, water, sodium citrate, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, soy lecithin, color).

Packaging & Shelf Life

  • Vacuum sealed and nitrogen flushed to reduce oxygen exposure.
  • Resealable Mylar pouch with easy-tear top and integrated zip closure for short-term resealing after opening.
  • Long shelf life when stored unopened in factory packaging and kept out of direct sunlight. After opening, remaining portions should be resealed and consumed within a few months; using the included oxygen absorber and desiccant and resealing tightly will extend freshness.

Handling

  • No refrigeration required while sealed.
  • Rehydrate with steam according to label instructions for best texture; product is also suitable for eating straight from the package as a convenient on-the-go meal.
