This package contains one bulk pouch of freeze-dried, fully cooked wild-caught Maine lobster tail and claw meat. The pouch is vacuum sealed in a resealable, easy-tear mylar bag designed for long-term storage and portability.
The product is packed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment to maximize shelf life. Keep unopened pouches stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pouch and use remaining portions within a few months for best quality, or vacuum-seal for extended storage.
To rehydrate, add water and let sit for a few minutes according to the package instructions. Heat if desired and serve.
