Fully cooked, freeze dried Black Angus roast beef made from United States Department of Agriculture prime beef. Each resealable vacuum-packed pouch contains a net weight of 8.0 ounces of freeze dried roast beef ready for long-term storage.

Vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free resealable pouch for extended shelf life.
Net weight: 8.0 ounces of freeze dried roast beef.
Equivalent yield when rehydrated: approximately 4 ounces of cooked roast beef per 1 ounce of freeze dried product.
Fully cooked to safe internal temperature prior to freeze drying; ready to eat straight from the pouch or rehydrate with water for a few minutes, then heat and serve.
