Use & Preparation

To use, rehydrate the shrimp with a small amount of water for a few minutes according to the label instructions, then cook and season to taste. Each ounce of freeze-dried shrimp rehydrates to approximately six ounces of fresh raw shrimp. After rehydration you can sauté, grill, bake, or use the shrimp chilled in a shrimp cocktail.
