Use & Mixing

For batch freezer Italian ice: mix one gallon of neutral sorbet base, one gallon of flavor base, and 2.5 gallons of water to yield roughly 20 quarts of finished Italian ice.
For best results, shake the base well before use to ensure ingredients are fully mixed.
To enhance flavor and extend freshness, add one to two ounces of citric acid to the mix before freezing.

Storage & Handling
