Easy to prepare: mix 1 gallon neutral sorbet base, 1 gallon flavor base, and 2.5 gallons water in a batch freezer to yield approximately 20 quarts of Italian ice.
Each gallon yields about 48 prepared 12 ounce servings; shake well before using.
For best flavor and freshness, add 1 to 2 ounces of citric acid to the mix if desired.
Use prepared product within two weeks of opening. For hand-scooped Italian ice, store prepared product between 6 and 8 degrees Fahrenheit.
